Best Aluminum Penny Boat

Afogaos squid



This recipe is from the book "The Thermomix presenting." It can be done with squid or squid, bearing in mind that if you use Squid you will have to program 10 minutes.

Last night I made with squid, but no problem if picknick or my computer that is going crazy, but there is no way to enter the program, so you leave a picture of the first squid I did.


Ingredients: (serves 4)

- 1 kg squid, cleaned and cut (by half if are medium).

- 2 whole garlic cloves

- 4 sprigs parsley, stems removed

- 50 gr. extra virgin olive oil

- Salt to taste

- 1 chili


Development

- Clean the squid and reserve

- Put in the cup garlic and parsley. Chop 4 seconds vel. 5

- Lower the remains of the walls with a spatula, add oil and set temp 10 minutes. varoma vel. 1 (20 minutes if we squids)

- Place the butterfly in the blades and add the squid, salt and pepper.


- Set 10 min, temp. Varoma, turn left and speed spoon.


Needless to say, they are delicious, yes, eat out a lot, so a kilo of squid should be read to refer to the original, and clean and squid legs.

Sometimes if I have fresh parsley, garlic and parsley used boat and are just as
good. I add it directly when the oil is heated 5 minutes, with the remaining ingredients.
